Just after midnight, Minneapolis police responded to a reported hit and run at 15th and Adams Street in northeast Minneapolis. The driver refused to stop and a chase ensued.
As the driver was attempting to lose police, he rolled his vehicle off the road at 4th Avenue and 5th Street. Both the driver and passenger sustained non life-threatening injuries and were taken to HCMC.
